My luck is changing for the better it seems. I followed up yesterday with my readmission and the registrar office was able to pull some strings so I could take the classes I wanted this summer. In addition to that, both instructors have agreed to do a form of independent study with me. So it looks like I am set for this summer to take two of the final five classes I need to graduate. =)
Yesterday, I also received Beyond Good & Evil in the mail from GameFly. It took them two weeks to get it to me and I am considering dropping the service if the turn around doesn’t improve. Anwyay, the opening of the game and everything was great. Its different than what I thought it was goind to be like (ie. taking pictures of species for money, one button mashing for attacks, etc.), but so far its a good different.
On other note, we are getting rid of our dog Kaizer today due to the unwanted responsibility with having a third child on the way and such. Kaizer has been pooping in the house on a regular basis and so much so that we finally had to resort to sticking him in the garage at night. Fortunately, we have found him another home and hopefully they will be able to give him more attention than we are currently able to. He’ll be departing from us later this evening and it will be one less stressful element in our daily life.
The ride into work was much better than it has been all week long and only took me the normal 30-40 minutes it normally does. Work hasn’t been too bad either and it’s quieter than it was at the beginning of the week. I am looking forward to my day off tomorrow, but I’m worried my wife will want to go look at a bigger vehicle for the third child instead of making the Buick Rendezvous we already have work. It has already been proven and shown that all three children can easily fit in the back seat, but she still wants to push the issue. Oh well, I guess this is the joys of being married. I’ll try to be open minded as possible, but I really do not want to go tomorrow to look at vehicles. After all, its been another long week of overtime and I have another 7 day, 12 hour shift work week coming up.
